About Practices for Body Awareness

This course offers a widely accessible set of practices that can be combined or enjoyed individually.

You’ll find a seated meditation, a restorative practice, as well as an active sequence of poses designed for all bodies. While slowing down and tuning in, you’ll learn simple breathing techniques, mindfulness, gentle movement and a few different sensory explorations.

Through these practices you’ll expand your capacity to befriend your body and uncover your natural ability to access the wisdom within.
