Passionate about the power of relaxation, Britt creates a welcoming and therapeutic environment where you can slow down, breathe deep, listen to your body and tend to your heart.

Inviting women come home to their bodies is at the heart of Britt’s offerings. She loves helping you remember that you are strong, wise and intuitive, and that you can meet the challenges of life (and birth) while staying soft.

Britt has taught yoga since 1997 and has spent 1000’s of hours studying Iyengar, Restorative, Perinatal, Therapeutic, Laughter Yoga, as well as Viniyoga and Buddhist meditation. Her explorations extend into Pilates, physical therapy, dance and myriad feminine embodiment practices that weave their way into her offerings.

Also a celebrated doula, birth educator, photographer, women’s circle and retreat facilitator, Britt always brings deep breaths, laughter and her connection to light to help others open, grow and celebrate their inner beauty.

She lives in San Francisco with her husband Eric Koziol, who produced and edited all the videos you see here.
